Karachi Disability Network (KDN) has been actively advancing leadership development for persons with disabilities and their organizations for over six years through training, strategic planning, and mentoring. Key initiatives include:

Organizing leadership conferences for persons with disabilities, with special focus on women leaders.

Conducting capacity-building workshops to enhance leadership skills among men and women.

Collaborating with international partners to support emerging disability leaders through global alumni and networking programs.
